Can I make changes to my subscription after I sign up?
Yes, absolutely! You can make changes to your subscription anytime from your account page, including the product, frequency, delivery date, and billing information. Please note, we require 24 hours notice to move the delivery date of your subscription.
Can I choose what day I want my flowers to arrive?
Sure! Simply specify your preferences, such as the day of the week or month, when you sign up and we’ll be sure to get your subscription to you then.
Is there a minimum commitment required to sign up for a subscription?
There’s a three-time commitment required, but we hope you’ll love it and stick around for longer!
Am I able to set up a subscription as a gift?
Flower subscriptions make the BEST gifts! If you’d like to set one up, simply enter the recipient’s info, including the date you’d like the subscription to start, when you check out and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I specify style or floral preferences for my subscription?
While we cannot guarantee any specifics (it’s simply too challenging, given the changing nature of local product), we will always do our best! If you have specifics you’re hoping for (such as to leave out certain types of flowers, or a color palette you like), leave that information in the notes upon checkout and our designers will do their best to accommodate.
